RETURN POLICY
All sales are final, however if your poster or notebook order arrives and is damaged or there is a flaw in the printing email a photo and your order number to robynhartzellphotography@gmail.com and we will issue a replacement free of charge.
Damage to your poster print or notebook
Please report damage within 3 weeks of receiving your damaged poster, otherwise we may not be able to replace it without a reprinting fee.
Returned to sender
If your item was returned to the printing facility for any reason please get in touch with us within 3 weeks of it being returned, or we may not be able to replace it without a reprinting fee.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Darkroom prints are sold as is and are non-refundable
